Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/5/2011(UTC) Posts: 2		I am such a dummy...I'm answering my own question. Just snip off the white plastic pins holding the controls onto the broken glass top. Pull the wiring harness off the old top and reconnect new top to stovetop, first plug in existing harness then snap the board onto the new pins which come attached to the new cooktop. It is THAT EASY FOLKS!
