Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/23/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		Whirlpool dryer starts, igniter comes on, then burner comes on for about 15-25 seconds.. Burner shuts off but motor continues to run till I hit stop It will not immediately relite but will restart After a few mintues I can restart and it relites but then shuts down in the same fashion after about 15-25 seconds I have replaced gas valve coils I have checked continuity of the thermal switches and all are short circuit. I have not checked them while the unit is running. Can they open then reclose? I have cleaned all vents I have run with the dryer vent disconnected from the wall just to be sure I have also cleaned the fan housing any thoughts welcome
