Can you be more detailed on how did you do it? Remove the rear cover and the lint chute (#1 on the diagram). Clean the lint chute and check the blower wheel. Try to disconnect the vent hose from the dryer and run a load to see if there is any difference. Longer time to dry in most cases caused by restricted air flow because all moister stays inside the dryer. Gene.

Remove the plug on the left side of the front panel and check how the flame is reigniting. If it does not reignite every time when the igniter glows then the problem is a bad gas valve coils. If it does reignite properly but the flame stays on much less than a minute, the problem can be a bad high limit thermostat (#15 on the diagram) or a clogged (rusted) lint screen. - The coil kit Part number: AP3094251 - The high limit thermostat Part number: AP3084674 - The lint screen Part number: AP3748781 Gene.
