I need to replace a water valve and don't know where to start. Any help where to begin?

Raise the top, 2 clips about 2 inches in from the corners(use a putty knife), undo the clips on the case, remove the outer case, locate the valve, part #285805, replace and reverse the process making sure to get the case back on securely. Nat

Thanks for the headstart, I just replaced it and will give it a try. I would recommend using pliers instead of putty knife to pop the clips. :) Thanks LibertyApp!
