my electronic display shows the time and allows me to turn the oven on but neither element heats up in bake or broil mode. I opened it up, all the wiring looks intact, I can't find any fuses. Do I need to replace the electronic control panel/

Is this a single or double oven? The wiring diagram has both. Nat

Ok, I looked at the wiring diagram.....and I don't think it's your control board. Lets see if we can reset your unit, go to your breaker box throw the breaker all the way off and wait a few seconds then turn it back on. Try the oven. Let me know what it does. Nat

I switched the breaker off and waited a couple minutes and it is still doing the same thing after I switched it back on. By the way thank you for responding to my question

check the Volts at the breaker make sure it's getting 220V, you may also need to also pull the oven and check the voltage there. If getting the correct voltage then I could be wrong and it be the control board. nat

The problem started directly after using the self cleaning mode. There is a switch directly on top of the oven box that interacts somehow with the self cleaning door lock. Could this be where a problem of this type could occur?

Very possible there have been several issues with using self clean and the door latches.
