the unit has power (lock light is on). when I try to run a cycle it does nothing. The locked light blinkes once each time i hit the wash buttons. Is there a way to reset?

Thats right if the lock light dose not turn off you might need to replace the control panel. Somtimes they will fail and cause this problem.
