My oven is not working correctly. When the oven is turned on it use to set a preheat time of approximately 6 min. Now it shows a preheat time of 66.30 mins. The bottom burner heats up (turns red) for approx. 1 1/2 mins. then clicks off for 20 sec. then clicks back on for 1 1/2 mins. This continues to happen over and over. I had recently encountered electrical surges due to power failer at my local city substation. Would this be the cause and if so what would I need to fix it? Could it be the circuit board or just a burner?

The oven is electric. Can you still ignite it manually?

Usually a power surge will tack the comtrol boards out. Although I can't pull up your model number to check anything, please double check the number Nat

Are you getting a failure code such as F1 or F2 or F3?
