We've checked everything from the pinch valve supply to the water valve for deposits that might restrict flow. Every thing is clear including the screen at the water valve. The ice maker only makes four cubes at a time. The icetray does not fill up completely. What else should we check? The cold water dispenser in the door works OK.

I'd say one side of the valve is out (part # AP2110670) you can switch the wires on the water valve then push the water dispenser button to see if you get water in your ice maker. Nat

OK, I couldn't get the wires to come apart without fear of bfeaking something, so I switched the water lines. Now we can fill the ice maker with water but whe the ice maker switch asks for H2O it comes out in the door. There is less than 1/2 cup of H2O that comes out. So the valve seems to be working but not very well. Is there any adjustment on the water valve? Or should I just replace it?

Ok, take eight cubes and melt them down and see about how much water you are supposed to be getting to make a full tray. If memory serves 4 to 6 oz is about right. I'm not looking at your model right now but there might be an adjustment under the front cover on the icemaker itself.

Well we melted the cubes as specified and came up short. The ice maker is still only filling up four cubes. There doesn't seem to be any adjustment on the ice maker itself. Any other suggestions?

Ok, if you remove the square outer cover on the icemaker the adjustment is a screw inside a slot, above the gear a little to the right, it's a phillips screw turn that toward the plus sign a little at a time. Also make sure that the fill tube isn't frozen a little
