Here is your parts breakdown
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL RBD305PDS14 30" Built - in Electric Double Oven Std - Clean Lower Self - Clean Upper | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a manual
https://secured.whirlpool.com/Service/SrvTechAdm.nsf/2cd44500d572193285256a45004fd9d6/7d69e72584ddde3385256a7e00524e76/$FILE/8178007.pdf

Since you have replaced some parts, I am assuming that the unit has already been powered down and back up. This is usually the first place to start with microprocessor controlled devices as often all that is needed is for the processor to reset.

You will see in the parts that there is a thermal fuse (Item 37 in Section 1)

If you then look at the manual Page 7-4, you will see that the fuse is wired a couple different ways depending on whether it is a self clean or not. Although it really does not show it very clearly, it could be that this thermal fuse is just in the broil circuit for a non-self clean unit.
If this is the case my guess is that it is blown.

Remove power from the unit, remove one wire from the fuse, it should be 0 ohms.

If the fuse and wiring is good then odds are the control board is toast.
