Still incorrect, that's not a model number either.

The Model number tab should be on front panel when you open the door

Should look something like this :

123.45678900

We still have a prolem with that serial number, But

As best I can tell, Since you have a new pump, and it still wont drain,

I would have to suspect a loose or broken wire from the pump to the timer, or a bad timer.

That's the best we can do, until we get a proper model number so we can access the technical information and parts lists,for more accurate diagnosis and repair.
