It sounds like it is spinning and agitating in the appropriate cycles when there is water in it, but it is not actually spinning or agitating. I thought it was the belt, but have looked underneath and the belt it still on the pulleys. I have drained the water and now it seems to need water to go any further with trouble shooting. I really don't want to put water in it again. Is there another next step? Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
