Hello, I noticed water on the bottom of the refrigerator last week and also noticed that the freezer though cold is not freezing food like ice creams etc. I used baking soda and warm water through the outlet and that seems to have solved the leaking issue. There is now very little frost along the back wall. However, the freezer still is warm. Moving the setting to 8 or 9 does not help. The ice maker works fine though. Any suggestions to look for would be great. TIA.

Open the freezer door, and push in the light switch, is your freezer fan running?

Thank you so much for replying to my post. No, I dont hear the fan running. But if I place my hand over the vent just below the icemaker I can feel it working. The vent at the bottom does not seem to be throwing any air and there is some ice formed.
