Hello,

Bellow was broken and I fixed it. Machine was working great before. While putting the machine back together the user interface fell down and broke a wire on the end of the ribbon in half. I put it back together but it wouldn't light up right or respond to any command. There is only one horizontal light and no codes . To resolve this problem do I put in a New User interface?

The ribbon is not repairable and you have to replace the user interface to fix the washer.

- The part number for the user interface is AP3128748

Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool Duet washer Model GHW9200LW0

Hi Gene,
Changed interface. Control locked light on, silk light flashing, 26sec showing and other lights on. Tryed other buttons and turning wash cycle switch no response. Hit cancel/ pause button all lights out and control locked light on, all other lights out. If I press control on and pause/cancel buttons together the above comes back on. Does this mean the CCU is bad?

Push and hold the "End of cycle Signal" button for 3 seconds or until it unlocks.
