Hi Gene,
Where is the location of the temperature control harness / temperature control board? and the temperature sensors? I know where is the main control board (on the back of the fridge).

Hi Fred, The temperature control is #424 on the break down diagram and the temperature sensor (FF) is #242 on the break down diagram. It's located on the side panel in both compartments (behind a small cover). Gene.

Hi Gene, Its Fred, I did what you said to unplug the Temp Cont harness and plug it back in and if it started, then the Temp Cont Board need to be replace. So I order the Part 424 today. Thanks for all your help. I have confidence that when I install this part that it will work.:)

Hi Fred,
The compressor is now working.
Next step: why it's not cooling?
I need you to check if the fan next to the compressor and the fan in the freezer are running?
Gene.

Remove the rear cover in the freezer and check how the coil covered in frost. Normally it suppose to be like a light snow.

Hi Gene, I dont remember that there is access cover behind the freezer? Its a full Sheet of the entire back of the unit. Is this the cover you are saying? or Are saying a cover inside but in the back of the freezer? Right now it is off, how long it should be on before i can check for symtoms? So, 1.)whats next, if it is normal? 2.) what, if it is has heavy Frost? 3.) whats next, if no frost at all?
Fred
