Whirlpool wants me to pay them $80/hour to come in and diagnose the problem. can you help me with this?? I Have a [FONT=&quot]GW395LEPS00 and the serial number: XS1303302 Non of the buttons are working and the display reads PF. [/FONT]

My control panel has been erractic for the last few months. The current problem is that the off button for the oven will not work. Everything else is functional. I have been pulling out the drawer to pull the plug each time I need to turn it off. Someone please help us!! Many thanks!!

I want to order the touch panel or the control module behind the buttons but I don't know which one to replace. I might just order both and return the one that I don't need. A couple weeks ago I contact Whirlpool and received absolutely no sympathy from them. I feel totally ripped off.
