I also wanted to let others reading this post know what exceptional service I received! When my order came, I had a little difficulty that was instantly resolved by just calling the company. Each person I ever spoke with was extremely helpful and surprisingly friendly! Yes, it DOES matter to the customers, so thank you!! From A to Z, the customer service dept, to your help Sid, in narrowing down my washer problem, and Jim went above and beyond what companies do for their customers these days. A true service orientated company. I honestly can say, the outcome of my washer breaking down actually opened a door to where now I’m certain I can come and find a resolve to my appliance problems. This company stands above its competitors by far. To each of those helpful people, thank you so much for getting my washer up and running! 5 stars!!

Those of us who respond on this Forum are volunteers and not connected with APP, and we do so in part because all of us are very impressed with the quality of service, the prices and the people at APP.
