I purchased two parts from your company, thinking that the problem that I am having would be resolved, however I am still haveing the problem and don't know what to do. The washer machine fills up with water and overflows, the machine will not agitate, however it will spin. What should I do? The parts ordered was a timer and water level switch. Apparently there was nothing wrong with my original parts and now I am out of money, trying to fix a washing machine. Please help...:(

Check the bowl on the side of the washer where the plastic hose goes from the water level switch. See if there is a buildup of soap residue. If so, dump some vinegar in the tub, let sit for a while, then blow in the plastic hose to blow it out. Also, if you have to turn the water supply valves off to stop the flood, you have a bad washer water solenoid.
Post results.
