Everything was working in the morning and come home in the afternoon and everything in freezer thawed out and items in fridge not very cold. Checked temp controls and set on correct setting. Don't hear anything else running, just the light is on. Do you have any idea or what we can start looking for?

Drop down the control panel and tap the cold control or defrost time to see which item has stuck.

:D Thanks! We tapped on the defrost time and it started right up. Would you recommend replacing this part so this doesn't happen agian in the near future?
