You may have a loose connection at the terminal block at the dryer. Check the red and black wires to make sure they are screwed in tight

I'm getting 243V coming into the dryer as well. I checked those wires and the white wire is attached to the case as it should be.

I have also checked the heater relay switch on the control board and was getting voltage or resistance across it. I forgot to right it down but I remember it stayed the same no matter if I put the heat setting low. med, or high.

Check this for me, go to the terminal block on the dryer, measure voltage from red to white, black to white, red to black and white to ground, post results

Ok, I'm not at home but will be in about a hour and a half... 5PM Central. I'll check this then.

If the voltages check out ok at the terminal block, go to the motor and with a screwdriver, work the centrifugal switch back and forth a few times with the dryer unplugged

checked the terminal block and had 122V white + black, white + red, and 245V red + black
Also, I don't know what the centrifugal switch looks like but my grandparents who gave me the dryer say its still under a service warranty so I'm checking on that.
