Gene. well air clear tube was tight i fix that part. now the washer doesn't work the cold water.when i close the hot wall fauce it start to fill cold water,if i don't close the hot wall fauce it fill hot water in every cold/cold cool/cold hot and warm . could the new inlet valve that i installed coming bad? or it's in another direction? thanks gene for the advise

Sorry for the delay.
Remove the wires from the water valve thermistor and see how it will work. Post the result.

Gene. thank you gene i remove the wires ,and not working ,it doesn't fill.

Looks like the problem is a bad water temperature switch which also is a kind of auto temperature control. - The water temperature switch Part number: AP4358828
