After the electricity was off in a lightening storm my oven will display an F3 code when I try and turn the oven on or the broiler. Everything else seems to be working fine. How do I go about detecting my problem????

try going to your breaker box of your house, find the breaker for the stove shut of the breaker off wait 10 sec and turn on again

Resetting is an idea, the F3 code refers to a defective oven sensor could be just a coinkydink that it fail at this time.
