Hi, I am experiencing trouble with this microwave. The area where the touch pad is continues to turn on and off. Sometimes when you shut the door to hard and sometimes by it's self. It still works after a pull the plug and re-set it, but goes back to acting up. The light that shows the time has a slight flicking to it. Just appears to be acting up. Would like to know what parts are needed to correct it and get it working again. Thanks for your time with my problem. Dennis K.

Dennis, If there is a problem with the display which goes on & off, the correction is to replace the control (PCB) board. - The control board Part number: AP4064477

Hi Gene, Thanks for getting back to me so fast. If you don't mind, I need to ask you another question regarding this problem. I would like to know on a scale from 1-10 on how hard is it to replace? I am pretty handy. Thanks again Dennis K.
