Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/3/2010(UTC) Posts: 1		I cannot enter commands using the keypad. Only "0" and "7" on the numbers work. However, all other buttons work. I shut the breaker off for 30secs and tried but no change. I removed the keypad and control board, disconnected the ribbon cable, cleaned the contacts with an eraser and alcohol, reinserted adn retried but again with no luck. Anything else I should do before buying a replacement keypad (PN AP2026342)? If I have to replace the keypad, any advice on installation? It looks like the pad is glued to the metal support and I have to "peel" off the old one? Is that right? Thx
