Diagnose noise on Maytag LSE7800 dryer (stack) at start up. Squeals then dies out as dryer spins up. Is this the drum roller(s)that need replacement??

Thanks

Very likely the problem is a worn out tumbler bearings (#12 on the diagram).

- The tumble bearing kit (needs two) Part number: AP4037304

Thanks All....Turned out to be drum roller (ala skateboard wheel) AP4008534 sticking at start up & causing squeal as it loosened and spun up on dryer drum/tumbler start. Accessed by removing panel just under dryer (two screws). I sprayed front & back of roller's spindle with teflon lubricant. Now roller spins up quietly at start. Avoided ~$240 replace of belt, pulley and both rollers by technician's estimate. Would have involved moving stack out of laundry closet, opening back and time consuming remove and replace process. :)
