My GE monogram cooktop zgu385n has no spark. I replaced the switch harness after one of the sleeves around the dial mechanism looked like it burned out. After that didn't work, I replaced the ignitor box. Still no spark, no click. I checked the fuse box and the power. Any other ideas as to what to do next?

I have the same exact problem. I also changed out the switch harness since that is where i felt the smoke came from but after hooking it back up with a new harness, it still does not ignite.

Were you able to get it to work? Any other ideas on what may be the problem?

thanks.
