element will not heat. element and thermastats, and fuse are good. the dryer runs but doesnt heat and has 220 v at plug

how did u check element and t stat did u check for resistance on element also check for 220 at terminal block

what was the ohms on element if its 1.5-1 it does not look right should be around 13 ohms also heating element needs 240 volts to operate
