I have a replacement auger to install and I cannot get the old auger out. Please help.

Remove the ice bin from the freezer. stand it up on the front and you will see screws holding the front on, pull the front off, and there might be some on the front side, basicallt the front has to be seperated from the basket. Then you will see the long thin arm attached to it will be a spring and a bracket, take it off. Then you will see the auger blades, at the end is a round bolt, unlosen it, and be very careful to watch how you take the blades off, they have to go on the same way. So slide all the blades off, and then put the new auger in the bucket, and reverse the process. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
