If i move the drum with may hand and then put it on spin it will spin but not always at hi speed. I was guessing the brake but i couldnot find a post for my model to confirm this . Thanks

If ok pull off the outer panel, remove the pump and motor and turn the tranny coupler clockwise till the spin basket starts to turn. If hard to turn with thumb and forefinger, you either have a busted filter under the tub, or dragging brake shoes. If bad shoes, check my brake shoe replacement article on page 3 of general talk section. Post results.

Sometimes they break and jam the bottom of the tub. You will need to pull the basket out to check.
