WP model LSR7233BQ1
Washer agitates great but when it comes to pumping out the water and spinning it stops and has a loud buzz sound. It doesn't matter what wash cycle it's the same thing. I checked the lid switch and it works fine, checked the pump for a clog and it was clear has a burn smell also

If you leave the washer running in spin, does the buzzing sound go away?

NO it only buzzes when it gets to spin. No matter what cycle in agitates without any problem but as soon as it gets to spin it stops and has a buzz sound. I noticed after the second try ther was a burned smell not exactly rubber not exactly electric. I have not checked the capacitor yet but I have smelt burned capacitors before so that suggestion made sense. Will post what I find Thanks for the responses

Seems like your start capacitor is bad.

Probably a bad timer, but without meter data, it's just a guess.
