I need to replace some shelf support studs in the refer side of this unit and I have found the replacements but have no idea how to remove the old and broken ones. Can anyone out there help me out with this? I'm sure it is simple but I don't want to break the liner in my attempt to repair a shelf!

Hi JBear
There are a few different studs used on this fridge. If you can post the part number fort the stud you're interested I might be able to help you.
Gene.

The replacement studs can then be inserted in the hole (I put in a small amount of silicone first to fill any voids) and then turned 90 degrees to the right again to lock them in place. I hope this helps.

Sir, I have a whirlpool model number ED25TQXEW00, serial number SG2530847. I need to replace the shelf stud part # AP3109339 and shelf support kit part # AP3109341. Any advice on how to safely remove the old and install the new? Thanks.
