I would like to know if this problem can be fix and how.The washing machine stops after it finishes the washing cycle.It doesn't start draining the water.

Hi luirod563

The first thing I would check is the lid switch. If the lid is open or the switch is broken the washer would not drain and/or spin.

- New lid switch and step by step instructions on how to replace the lid switch: Part number: AP3100003
Part number: AP3100003


- Here is the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool washer Model LSR5132HQ0

my washer had the same problem
it was the lid switch.
it was cracked in half.
