Refrigerator is not getting cold enough and there is no air flow from the top damper. Freezer compartment seems to be without issue. What is the best way to troublshoot from this point and what is the easiest resolution. RW Stoufus bobstoufus@gmail.com

I would remove the back freezer panel and check for a totally frozen evaporator.

Pulled panel off back of freezer in order for the frig to get cold air fan that has to transfer it uo Seen working intermittently before this one was stuck,,,
One of the sheet metal screws that attached it to braket had sheered off. Once It was re-attached shaded pole motor was back running and easy fix,,,, I guess this is why they make differn't grade fasteners,,
