When I push the start , nothing.where should I start, besides the door swich. thank you herman:confused:

The first thing I would check is 120V at the power outlet and proper plug connection. If there is nothing wrong, remove the bottom panel and check for burned wires at the junction box. If this is not the issue then check the door switches and all wires. The last step is to replace the control board. - The part number for the control board is AP3875193 Gene.

I've checked power , door switches. I alsohave tried the field test that was with the unit for testing the componets, but I can't even get that to work. I know i'm missing something.I just didn't want to order the circuit board till I was sure. any help would be appreaciated. thank you dave lynch

If you have 120V across both door switches then the problem is a bad control board.
