When I turn the oven on I can smell the gas and see the spark of the ignitor, however it does not light. Also our range top still ignites with no problem. Any suggestions to fix before I call a repairman? Thanks.

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/12/2010(UTC) Posts: 1		The same thing happened to my oven the oven burner was clogged. Remove the bottom panel then like my oven there is another half panel to remove that exposes the burner and the igniter I took a small peice of wire and stuck it into the small burner holes that are closest to the igniter. Ofter doing this try turning on stove and see if the burner ignites. It worked for me.
