My double oven along with most of my neighbors in a six year old neighborhood quit working. We all replaced the control panel. Another one quit working so I repaced their contol panel but there is nothing at the control panel. Also the interior lights do not come on when doors are open.

Looks like the oven lights are controlled through the board so that would explain why they are not working.
Could be the transformers primary winding thermal fuse is blown, see Page 3-2 in the manual.

If OK check that there is voltage out of the transformers secondary, I think it should be around 24 volts.
