I Have A Roper Ras7133kqi And It Works Fine Except For The Spinning Cycle. I Don't Hear A Noise Or Anything It Just Will Not Spin

Well, the first thing you want to do is to by-pass the lid switch because it doesn't cost anything to do so. This site will show you how.
If that does not make it spin, go ahead and take off the cabinet and take off the pump. Check to see that it is not jammed. This is not likely since the machine apparently agitates, but again, no cost to check.
If these are not the problem, take off the motor and leave it connected and see if it turns when the machine is in spin mode. (keep the lid switch by-passed) If the motor turns, your problem is in the transmission/clutch break area, and I would visit Richappy's stick at the top of the page for further advice.
