Compressor and fan in freezer not running. Unplugged over night and still not working.

You are short at least 3 digits from the end of the Model Number.

Sounds like you are stuck in a defrost cycle.
Turn the cam on the defrost timer to see if the unit will start up.
If it does replace the defrost timer.

I did forget the last 3 digits. Model # is FRT18KG3WO. Where is the defrost timer on my Frigid.

Often it is mounted in the top console in the fresh food section.

If you look up there should be a hole which will let you rotate the defrost timer cam.
