Finished cooking with the oven, pushed the "Clear Off" button and it didn't turn off. Turned the oven off at the breaker, rechecked last night and same thing. Gut feel says it is the panel behind the clock, could it be something else? If it is the panel, is it a job for a DIY'er Thanks

Most likely the problem is a bad control board aka a clock/timer. The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

The control board has to be replaced together with the overlay because it's glued to the control board. - The control board Part number: AP3693959

Thank you, is it an easy replacement a DIY'er can do or does it require a professional?

If you know how to use a simple tools, this part is not too difficult to replace yourself. Power off the range and remove the rear control panel cover. Remove the screws holding the control board and pull it out as far as the wires go. Remove the wires (one at a time) from the old control board and connect them to the new one.
