Open the control panel and remove the control panel ribbon from the control board. Restore the power and monitor the oven for a day. If the error code shown up again, replace the control board. If the error code disappeared, replace the control panel. - The part number for the control board (ERC) is AP3203778 - The part number for the control panel is AP3205594 Gene.

It appears that the ribbon end is inserted in the connector on the control board and is held in by a plastic clip..?? thanks.. Want to make sure I did not damage the ribbon cable.

Called Appliance Parts Pros, and they sent another CRC.. Installed it and clock worked, however after using the oven once back to the same old story!!!! Error code F0...? Ccccccccccould it be another bad ERC? Any suggestions??? thanks . pat
