The Element In The Bottom Burnt Out It Looked Like A Arc Welder Is There A Problem That It Could Have Or Did The Element Just Burn Up Thanks Jeff

Very likely this is just the heating element but sometime it can be more than that. If you need the correct part number then post the complete model number of the oven.
