I have a Maytag Plus Side by Side Refridgerator. It has a leak which originates from the defrost drain in the freezer. I tried pouring hot water through the line in case of ice build up but the leak persisted.
I then looked through the back and seen that the seal around the hose connecting to the bottom of the drain looks like it is broken and the water leaks from around the seal. This area is difficult to reach without removing some pieces from near the compressor etc.
How do I go about fixing this? Or do I need to call for service?
