check heating element was good, change cutoff thermostat, fuse thrml.and the thrmst-fix change all the thermostat, still no heat need help what else can be wrong

Check for 230 volts across the outer pins of the input power terminal in the back.

In the back of the dryer, wher the power cord enters.
