After replacing upper spray arm assembly arm still does not rotate. Should I now rebuild pump?

Is it enough water to create sufficient pressure in the wash system?
Is the delivery tube for the upper spray arm installed properly?

is lower spray arm rotating normaly? . often dishes are not beeing rinsed off before being put in d/w, sump screen can be blocked up with food particles preventing normal water pressure from entering tub to spray arms

I have the same question. On my unit, the screen is clear, and neither spray arm is clogged with calcium buildup. The lower arm seems to be rotating normally.
