Is the compressor motor running. Check to see if the condenser fan at the back underneath near the compressor is running.
Are the condenser coils near there warm or room temp
Cut everything off for a few minutes then turn it back on and listen for a click from the compressor relay as the compressor tries to start.

Yes the fan is running and I also put another fan back there to help see if it will work. Can`t get the air to goo over to the refrigerator side for some reason but it still don`t tell me why the freezer not working.Just check everything seem to be working .

If the condenser coils near the compressor and fan underneath are not warm that mean the compressor is not running or if it is it is low on freon or not pumping freon. This requires a qualified tech to service.
If those coils are warm then the evaporator coils inside the freezer behind the back panel should be cool or cold and some cooling going on in the freezer. There is a fan above these coils which blows the cold air to the fridge side through a vent.
