how do i remove the heating element

I am not familiar with that particular model, and could not find any service info on it, but generally to get to the heating element you would do the following.
1. Remove the top by releasing clips that hold it to the front. These are generally located in the gap between the top and the front at the outer ends of the top.
2. Remove the front.
3. Release the belt. You may have access from the front or from a service panel in the rear.
4. Remove the drum.
This should get you to the heating element.
