The floor of my upright freezer was iced, and water was escaping from under the door. I defrosted the freezer, removing the ice from the freezer floor, but there is still ice in the area towards the back of the freezer floor beyond the shallow opening. Is there a clogged drain somewhere that I can't see?

Thank you! Yes, when we opened up the back cover of the freezer, we saw the drain hose and it was cracked open and wet. Since this has happened at least twice in the short life of this freezer, and the local parts supplier says he has never seen a hose break before, I'm imagining that it was defective from the beginning.
