ice not dispensing

Model Number: GD5LHGXKT00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years

Ice dispenser not dispensing ice. Replaced the auger motor and that didn't solve the problem. What else can I try?

Hi.

There is the bracket inside the dispenser witch is holding the actuator switch. The common problem is broken pin witch holds the switch in the position.

The bracket Part number: 2180226
