I have a problem with it making ice, after I cleaned it, it will make ice for a few cycles and then it will start making loud noises like it can't get any water, so I pour some water in RESERVOIR PAN and it continues to make ice until it does this same thing again...... anyone know what problem could be?

Hi, Ron. Sounds like there is a problem with the smart water inlet valve or (smaller chance) with the water level sensor. You can get both and return the one that you don't need. Our policy allows you to return any parts installed or not within one year from purchase date. Here are the breakdown diagrams and parts list for the ice machine: Model GI15NDXTB1
The smart valve Part number: AP4362516
The water level sensor Part number: AP5669052
