Here are your parts
Parts for GE DPSB613ED1WW Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com

I need more info on what you mean by "shutting off and on"

Is it just the heater?
Does it actually stop (motor and heater)?
Does it start up again by itself?

Plus any other symptoms that may help troubleshoot the unit.

the dryer shuts off completely. The time left light is still on,after 45-60 seconds the dryer will start running again. This keeps happening thru the drying cycle, but less frequent as the clothes get dryer.

Sorry but I cannot be helpful here as I cannot find any tech info on the unit.

Since it shuts both the motor and the heater off and then restarts it I cannot say if this is caused by a problem with the unit or is it actually part of some cycle type that GE has dreamed up.

Without a wiring diagram I cannot say if could be caused by the motor overheating and tripping it's internal thermal protect but it does not sound like this is a cause since I think that the interval between when it does this would get shorted not longer as the cycle progresses.

I would have thought that if there was a machine problem that an error code would have popped up.

Have you looked inside the control console often if they include a tech sheet with a machine that is where they store it.

Does it do this on all cycle types, especially timed dry which should ignore some sensor inputs?
