Dryer runs but the gas valve short cycles so little heat is developed. I have replaced the thermal cutoff on the burner side , and the thermostat with internal bias on the vent side. Also changed the thermal fuse. Dryer performance has not changed, still cycling. Any help is appreciated. Chuckguy

Hello, If the flame goes on every time when the igniter glows then there is definitely a restriction in the dryer vent causing the dryer to overheat and cycle on the hi limit thermostat. If the dryer vent goes on top of the roof then it must be cleaned by a pro. Also, dismantle the dryer and clean it inside. If the flame lights up not every time when the igniter glows, replace the gas valve coils. Cleaning the vent and the dyer in such situation would not hurt anyway. - The gas valve coil kit Part number: 279834
